Overview
Own the front and back office patient care and scheduling in a specialty rheumatology clinic at scale. Work with a focused team to support daily operations and patient flow. This role blends clinical support with administrative coordination to ensure a smooth patient experience and accurate EMR documentation.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and manage patient scheduling and intake processes to reduce wait times by 15% within 90 days
- 2Design and perform vital signs, rooming, and basic clinical support for patient visits using EMR systems
- 3Lead front desk operations including check-in, insurance verification, and appointment reminders to improve collection rates
- 4Ship accurate patient records and documentation for visits to support billing and compliance
- 5Own coordination between clinicians and patients to ensure timely follow-ups and continuity of care

- 1Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
- 2BLS Certification (Preferred)
- 3EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- 4Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
- 5Licensed or certified as required by state for CMA role (Preferred)
