Overview
Lead bilingual EHS home visitors and coordinate family engagement services for children and pregnant mothers in Chicago. Oversee planning and delivery of early intervention programs aligned with Head Start standards. Supervise Spark and Airflow teams to drive impact. Drive community partnerships and ensure compliance with developmental frameworks.
What You'll Do11
- 1Direct recruitment to maintain 10 children per home visitor
- 2Conduct quarterly curriculum observations and bi-monthly reflective supervision
- 3Ensure Family Partnership Agreements and progress tracking via ChildPlus
- 4Coordinate medical referrals and monitor ASQ/ASQ-SE assessments
- 5Implement PAT and COR curricula with 90-minute weekly visits
- 6Monitor documentation accuracy and confidentiality across all files
- 7Lead Early Intervention referrals and oversee transitions to HS programming
- 8Train and support home visitors and volunteer leaders
- 9Submit required reports to grantees and leadership
- 10Collaborate with Health/Mental Health Coordinator for screenings
- 11Assess staff performance and develop professional growth plans
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience supervising EHS home visitors and staff
- 2Level 2 Infant/Toddler Credential through Gateways
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- 4Proficiency with Python and AWS for data analysis
- 5Familiarity with React and Kubernetes for system integration
- 6Strong understanding of Early Head Start Performance Standards
- 7Ability to perform varied hours including evenings and weekends
- 8Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for travel
- 9Physical stamina for office and field mobility
- 10Experience with COR platform and ASQ assessments
- 11Commitment to inclusive practices for diverse families
