What You'll Do10
- 1Support families in Family Engagement Disability Health Mental Health ERSEA programs
- 2Ensure compliance with federal state and local laws and MFS policies
- 3Recruit and enroll children and families, maintaining accurate eligibility documentation
- 4Coordinate services with site partners and supervisors for child and family well‑being
- 5Conduct annual family assessments and provide interventions referrals for health nutrition dental disability and child safety issues
- 6Provide case management assistance including emergency services and follow‑up communication
- 7Maintain visual acuity for data analysis and computer use
- 8Lift and move up to 30 pounds as needed
- 9Pass all required screenings and background checks
- 10Drive personal vehicle and travel between sites
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 3AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
- 4Proven experience in case management within early childhood education
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 6Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally
- 7Background check clearance
- 8Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
