Lead Youth Care Worker (Bilingual)
Overview
Dynamic Service Solutions seeks a compassionate Lead Youth Care Worker to lead trauma-informed care for children in our Residential Care Program. You will supervise staff ensure compliance with ORR standards and drive positive outcomes for youth. This role offers a mission-driven environment focused on stability and family reunification.
What You'll Do9
- 1Supervise and coordinate Youth Care Workers and Escort staff to guarantee child safety and well-being
- 2Document client progress and implement behavioral management systems using CPI techniques
- 3Conduct camera supervision and maintain detailed records of behaviors and interventions
- 4Address employee performance issues through formal memos and collaborate on corrective actions
- 5Provide coverage for restroom breaks and administrative duties as needed
- 6Conduct daily rounds and ensure adherence to state and federal policies for minor supervision
- 7Assist with youth arrival procedures including meals clothing hygiene and housing assignments
- 8Drive operational improvements to enhance service delivery and staff effectiveness
- 9Maintain a flexible schedule including occasional weekend and evening work
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 years of supervisory experience in youth care settings
- 31 years of previous work/volunteer experience with juveniles
- 4Valid driver's license with clean record
- 5Proficiency in Windows Office applications
- 6Bilingual English Spanish communication skills
- 7Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- 8Experience with CRM systems and documentation software
- 9Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- 10High school diploma or equivalent
- 11Familiarity with ORR minimum standards and crisis prevention protocols
