Overview

The Behavioral Health Supervisor will oversee the quality of behavioral health services for patients served by NOAH and lead the behavioral health unit. This role includes direct clinical work as determined by the Behavioral Health Director and staff development to ensure compliant, high-quality care. The position supports a multidisciplinary team in a community health setting focused on accessible, integrated care.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Lead the behavioral health team to deliver family centered outpatient services and develop treatment plans
  • 2Provide direct clinical supervision to associate licensed counselors and behavioral health technicians
  • 3Review charts to ensure adherence to clinical practice guidelines and coordinate discharge planning
  • 4Develop and implement behavioral health protocols, treatments, and therapeutic techniques
  • 5Mentor staff through training, performance feedback, and adherence to policies and regulations
  • 6Collaborate with community resources and participate in outreach and continuing education opportunities

Requirements7

  • 1Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • 2Active Arizona mental health license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in good standing
  • 34+ years of direct behavioral health service experience
  • 41+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • 5Active BLS certification
  • 6Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug testing
  • 7New Hires must obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or clearance within 7 days
