What You'll Do10
- 1Directly supervise and mentor therapists, interns, and clinical support staff and track supervision hours and files to ensure compliance
- 2Provide direct client therapy using evidence-based treatments and deliver personalized, effective care
- 3Participate in clinical interviewing and hiring, address personnel issues, and manage staff training and compliance needs
- 4Coordinate care with other professionals to support comprehensive treatment plans and positive outcomes
- 5Participate in a rotating phone-based call schedule (no overnights) and ensure high-quality client care
- 6Collaborate with the team to maintain an excellent standard of care and support care coordination, scheduling, and billing
- 7Lead clinical supervision and mentorship to promote growth and licensure progression
- 8Support program development and contribute to the advancement and promotion of team members
- 9Ensure regulatory compliance through documentation, policies, and hours tracking
- 10Foster a collaborative culture with back-office support to optimize care delivery
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- 2Licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners at independent level as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- 3Minimum 1 year of clinical supervision experience preferred
- 4Arizona Supervisor Training preferred; if not completed, to be finished within 30 days of start date
- 5Current fingerprint clearance card for Arizona and CPR and first aid certification
