- 3Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an accredited institution
- 4AWS Certified professional certification required
- 55+ years developing psychometric assessments
- 6Proven track record in evidence-based practices
- 7Certified Clinical Researcher designation preferred
- 8Fully licensed in Arizona with board eligibility
- 9Child psychology specialization preferred
