Overview
Own clinical supervision and leadership for bilingual mental health clinicians in a community behavioral health setting. Manage supervision, documentation, quality of care, regulatory compliance, crisis support, and staff development while maintaining a small clinical caseload. Lead a culturally responsive team serving diverse populations in Orlando, FL with onsite operations and telehealth options.

- 1Lead clinical supervision for clinicians and interns to ensure treatment plan quality and regulatory compliance
- 2Oversee documentation, chart reviews, and quality assurance to meet HIPAA and regulatory standards
- 3Provide crisis management support and trauma-informed care guidance across the team
- 4Support staff development, onboarding, and supervision on best practices in behavioral health
- 5Maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected with client needs and outcomes
- 6Collaborate with leadership to implement program improvement and telehealth initiatives
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- 2Active Florida license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- 3Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 4Strong clinical and supervisory experience
- 5Knowledge of behavioral health, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, treatment planning, HIPAA, and clinical documentation
