Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Outpatient Mental Health
Overview
You will own a caseload of outpatient clients in Orlando, FL, delivering evidence-based therapy with a focus on adult and child/adolescent populations. What You'll Do9
- 1Build a client caseload in Eola Centre, Orlando, delivering evidence-based therapy in outpatient settings.
- 2Diagnose and treat mental health conditions using DSM-5 criteria, tailoring interventions to adult and child/adolescent needs.
- 3Develop and implement treatment plans, documenting progress in EMR systems.
- 4Coordinate care with psychiatrists, APRNs, and other providers for integrated treatment.
- 5Manage caseload productivity expectations while maintaining clinical quality.
- 6Use telemedicine platforms for virtual sessions, expanding access for clients.
- 7Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and peer reviews to uphold LCSW standards.
- 8Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
- 9Document all sessions and progress notes within state and HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements9
- 1Active LCSW license in Florida or ability to obtain within 60 days.
- 22+ years post-licensure clinical experience, including work with child and adolescent populations.
- 3Experience with CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities.
- 4Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred, with ability to conduct therapy in both languages.
- 5Familiarity with outpatient mental health documentation and productivity standards.
- 6Telehealth competency using virtual care platforms.
- 7Comfort with EMR systems for scheduling and charting.
- 8CPR certification and ability to maintain continuing education credits for LCSW renewal.
- 9Education: Master's degree in Social Work from an CSWE-accredited program.
