Overview
Ellie Mental Health seeks passionate Licensing Supervisors to lead therapists and serve clients in Mid-Cities. You will create treatment plans deliver therapy and maintain documentation while supervising pre-licensed counselors. This role supports a mission of reducing mental health stigma through creative and compassionate care.
What You'll Do9
- 1Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
- 2Provide therapy and complete intake documents
- 3Supervise counselors pursuing licensure
- 4Maintain 27 service hours weekly including supervisees
- 5Coordinate with case managers and medical staff
- 6Attend clinical meetings and trainings
- 7Develop interventions to help clients achieve goals
- 8Deliver excellent customer service
- 9Support clinic mission and operations
Requirements7
- 1Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field
- 25+ years clinical experience with LMFT-S LPC-S LCSW-S and supervisor training
- 3Proficiency in intakes treatment plans and case notes
- 4Strong communication and boundary setting skills
- 5Comfortable working with diverse clients
- 6Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems
- 7Ideal credentialing with insurance panels
