What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and deliver therapeutic counseling for individuals, families, and groups focused on general mental health and substance use
  • 2Provide accurate documentation, billing, and program audit support to ensure compliance and continuity of care
  • 3Lead case staffing meetings and peer review sessions to improve treatment outcomes
  • 4Collaborate with the care team and external providers to coordinate patient care and follow up
  • 5Support organizational goals by contributing to culturally competent care and health promotion within the Spanish-speaking community

Requirements5

  • 1Master’s degree in social work or counseling or related field
  • 2Active and unrestricted AZBBHE licensure as LCSW LPC or LMFT
  • 3Bilingual in Spanish required with fluency demonstrated
  • 4Three years of specialized experience in mental health and/or substance abuse with diverse populations preferred
  • 5Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to meet driving safety requirements
