Own the delivery and continual improvement of Behavioral Health Services for the Gila River Community at Sacaton and surrounding areas. Scale impact by coordinating assessments, counseling, and case management within regulatory standards and enterprise mission. Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure culturally responsive care and adherence to licensing and safety requirements. This role offers in person collaboration with a strong focus on community health and Native American partnerships.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and provide therapeutic services including assessments, counseling, and case management to diverse clients
  • 2Design care plans and coordinate services to improve client outcomes within 90 days
  • 3Lead collaboration with clinical supervisors and licensed clinicians to ensure compliance and quality of care
  • 4Sh ip responsibilities include delivering services during daytime hours and maintaining accurate documentation
  • 5Drive community engagement and education efforts with the Gila River Community to enhance access to Behavioral Health services

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field from an accredited university or college
  • 2Master’s Degree preferred
  • 33 years of experience in a Behavioral Health Services capacity
  • 4Current Arizona license LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, LBSW, or LASAC in good standing with AZBBHE
  • 5State of Arizona driver’s license with no significant violations in last 5 years
  • 6Current AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • 7Current CPR and AED training and certifications
  • 8Demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures and the Gila River Community and/or Native American communities
  • 9Ability to commute to Laveen, AZ and Sacaton, AZ for in person work
  • 10Full-time, days shift 8am-5pm
