Overview
As an Automotive Mechanic you will inspect diagnose and repair undercar systems for customers at scale across a large regional network. You will perform services including brakes struts and shocks as well as state inspections and tire work in a fast moving service environment. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and diagnose undercar systems including brakes suspension and steering to meet quality standards
- 2Inspect vehicles perform oil changes and fluid checks ensuring safety and compliance
- 3Mount dismount rotate balance tires and complete tire sales oriented repairs
- 4Complete state inspections and document results accurately for customers and authorities
- 5Utilize personal tools to perform repairs and maintain shop cleanliness and safety
- 6Assist teammates during high volume periods to maintain service turnaround goals
Requirements7
- 1Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 22 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair or equivalent combination of education training and experience
- 3Extensive toolbox of personal tools used in undercar repairs
- 4Ability to stand walk bend kneel stoop crouch crawl climb and perform repetitive movements
- 5Lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds regularly
- 6Preferred state inspection license(s) and ASE Certifications in G1 A4 and A5
- 7Prior experience with brakes suspension and steering systems is a plus
