What You'll Do10
- 1Build and diagnose brake, suspension, and tire systems to restore safe vehicle operation
- 2Inspect vehicles and perform undercar repairs to meet state requirements and manufacturer specifications
- 3Change oil and filters, check fluids, and replace worn components to extend vehicle life
- 4Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires with accuracy and efficiency
- 5Collaborate with team to deliver high quality service and clear customer communication
- 6Assist in sales and maintenance of tire and brake services at the retail service center
- 7Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work area
- 8Document repair findings and recommendations for parts and services
- 9Support training and continuous improvement initiatives within the shop
- 10Contribute to achieving weekly targets and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements7
- 1At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 22 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- 3Extensive personal toolbox for undercar repairs
- 4Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repetitive motions
- 5Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds
- 6Preferred: state inspection license(s) and ASE Certifications in G1, A4, and A5
- 7Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
