What You'll Do9
- 1Build and inspect brakes, suspensions, and undercar components to restore vehicle performance.
- 2Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and verify results on customers' vehicles to meet quality standards.
- 3Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire mounting and balancing, and routine maintenance.
- 4Complete state inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
- 5Use personal tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble components with attention to safety.
- 6Document work performed and communicate findings to customers and team members.
- 7Support vehicle safety and reliability through diligent diagnostics and test drives.
- 8Collaborate with team to meet service targets and customer timelines.
- 9Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to shop protocols.
Requirements5
- 1At least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or equivalent training
- 2Demonstrated ability to perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspensions, and tire services
- 3Extensive toolbox of personal tools for automotive repair
- 4Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old
- 5Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift items over 50 pounds
