What You'll Do9
- 1Build diagnose and repair undercar systems including brakes struts and shocks
- 2Perform state mandated inspections and routine maintenance tasks
- 3Change oil filters and check vehicle fluids
- 4Replace worn components and rotate balance tires
- 5Lead ship and maintain equipment in a clean organized workspace
- 6Train new hires and mentor junior staff members
- 7Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and service history
- 8Collaborate with team to resolve complex mechanical issues
- 9Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 2 years automotive repair experience or equivalent training
- 2Valid work authorization in the United States
- 3Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds
- 4State inspection license preferred
- 5ASE certifications in Automotive Maintenance Light Repair G1 Suspension Steering A4 and Brakes A5
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
