- 4Replace worn parts and balance rotate tires efficiently

- 6Drive improvements in shop productivity and customer satisfaction
- 7Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- 8Train new hires and share knowledge within the team
- 9Manage inventory of personal tools and equipment
- 10Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
- 11Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Requirements8
- 12 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training
- 2Valid work authorization in the United States
- 3ASE certifications in Automotive Maintenance Light Repair Suspension and Steering Brakes
- 4Extensive toolbox of personal tools for undercar repairs
- 5Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds
- 6State inspection license preferred
- 7Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- 8Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks
Salary Insight
