What You'll Do10
- 1Build and oversee undercar repair work including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance to meet quality standards
- 2Diagnose issues, perform inspections, and complete state inspections with attention to safety and compliance
- 3Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires and manage tire inventory
- 4Inspect fluids and replace worn parts to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle life
- 5Lead by example in fast-paced environment, ensure documentation is accurate and timely
- 6Drive consistency in customer service quality and repair turnaround times
- 7Coordinate with team for efficient shop floor operations and tool utilization
- 8Mentor junior technicians and contribute to ASE certification goals
- 9Ensure safety procedures are followed and shop is organized and compliant
- 10Support tool and uniform programs and participate in company training initiatives
Requirements10
- 1Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
- 2Valid driver's license required
- 3At least 2 years of experience or relevant training in automotive repair
- 4ASE Certification is a major bonus
- 5Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items over 50 pounds
- 6Ability to work five days a week with a schedule including Sundays
- 7Dependability, teamwork mindset, and commitment to quality service in a fast-paced setting
- 8Willingness to participate in ASE certification support and growth opportunities
- 9Experience with undercar repairs, tire service, and routine maintenance preferred
- 10Prior experience in a lead or mentor role is a plus
