Overview
Own and deliver front line automotive repairs at scale within a leading service center. Be part of a growing team backed by a national platform. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and diagnose automotive systems including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance to meet quality standards
- 2Lead tire services by dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing to optimize vehicle performance
- 3Inspect and complete state-mmanded inspections and oil changes ensuring compliance
- 4Own fluid checks and replacement of worn parts to maintain vehicle reliability
- 5Drive teamwork and quality service in a fast-paced environment
- 6Scale service excellence by mentoring junior technicians and promoting from within
Requirements5
- 1Must have at least 2 years of automotive repair experience or a relevant education background
- 2Valid driver's license required
- 3ASE certification is a major bonus
- 4Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- 5Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift items weighing over 50 pounds
