What You'll Do10

  • 1Build diagnostic and repair workflows across A/C, brakes, electrical, cooling, steering, suspension, and driveline systems to restore vehicle performance
  • 2Diagnose and repair all vehicle systems, perform tests, and verify OEM performance standards within 90 days
  • 3Track and record vehicle information following department processes to ensure accurate service history
  • 4Drive preventative maintenance tasks including fault code identification and service interval resets
  • 5Assist in shop duties such as vehicle staging, cleaning, and driving to maintain a productive workflow
  • 6Provide prompt courteous service to internal and external customers while maintaining a professional appearance
  • 7Collaborate with team to diagnose complex issues and replace components like lighting harnesses, control modules, and fuel system parts
  • 8Inspect and repair drive axles, transmissions, and fuel systems to prevent safety and reliability concerns
  • 9Utilize electrical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement effective fixes
  • 10Maintain adherence to safety, attendance, and company procedures in a fast-paced environment

Requirements10

  • 1High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 22 to 3 years of experience in automotive repair
  • 3Preferred certifications in A-4, A-5 or A-7 or related areas
  • 4Proficient in brake, tire and wheel, A/C, battery charge and check
  • 5Able to work in a fast paced environment and follow procedures
  • 6Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • 7Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • 8Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • 9Comfort working in diverse indoor and outdoor conditions
  • 10Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physically demanding tasks
