Overview
Own repair and diagnostic work for a high production shop supporting customer vehicles at scale. You will perform system diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across engines, electrical, braking, and HVAC to keep inventory turning. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and diagnose vehicle systems across engines, electrical, cooling, and fuel to restore performance
- 2Design and execute preventive maintenance and repairs ensuring system reliability and safety
- 3Lead troubleshooting of complex electrical and hydraulic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- 4Ship and install components including brakes, tires, wheel assemblies, and lighting harnesses
- 5Own alignment, steering, and suspension diagnostics to optimize vehicle handling and safety
- 6Scale repair workflows in a high production shop and document vehicle history
- 7Drive collaboration with teammates to deliver prompt, courteous customer service
- 8Debug faults in chassis and driveline systems using fault codes and live data
- 9Provide clear communication on repair timelines and status to internal and external customers
- 10Maintain professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 23 to 5 years of experience in automotive repair
- 3Proficient diagnostic skills
- 4ASE Certifications preferred but not required
- 5Proficient in brake, tire and wheel, a/c, battery charge and check
- 6Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 7Basic computer skills
- 8Effective interpersonal skills
- 9Hardworking, motivated team player
- 10Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
