Overview
Own and perform diagnostic repair and maintenance on customer vehicles in a high production shop at scale. Work with a team in a fast paced environment within ADESA's nationwide network. What You'll Do5
- 1Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using OEM tests and electrical schematics
- 2Inspect and service brakes, cooling, electrical charging, lighting, and steering systems to ensure safety and reliability
- 3Perform major repairs on transmission, driveline, engines, fuels systems and HVAC to restore vehicle performance
- 4Conduct preventative maintenance and fault code identification to reset service intervals
- 5Assist with shop duties including vehicle staging, cleaning, and courteous customer service
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 23 to 5 years of experience in automotive repair field
- 3Proficient diagnostic skills
- 4ASE certifications preferred but not required
- 5Valid driver's license and ability to drive diverse vehicle makes and models
