What You'll Do10
- 1Build and perform diagnostic repairs and preventive maintenance on customer vehicles in a high production shop
- 2Drive and document test drives to verify repairs and ensure proper vehicle operation
- 3Inspect and service systems including Brakes, Electrical Charging, Cooling, Fuel, and Preventive Maintenance tasks
- 4Identify leaks, wear, and faulty components and communicate findings to team leads
- 5Assist in maintaining a clean, organized shop and proper vehicle staging
- 6Track vehicle information in department systems and ensure accurate records
- 7Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers
- 8Follow safety procedures and standard operating guidelines in all tasks
- 9Support teammates with tools, parts, and workflow to maintain throughput
- 10Maintain professional appearance and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 22 to 3 years of experience in automotive repair field
- 32 ASE Certifications preferred
- 4Basic computer skills
- 5Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 6Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
- 7Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
- 8Able to safely drive a variety of make model sizes of vehicles
- 9Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- 10Legal ability to work in the United States
