- 3Propound and respond to written discovery and document requests
- 4Prepare for and take depositions and assist with hearing and trial preparation
- 5Communicate with clients opposing counsel and court personnel to advance case strategy
- 6Collaborate with team members to develop litigation approaches and ensure matter progression
- 7Meet an annual billable expectation of approximately 1800 hours
- 8Maintain consistent in-office availability
- 9Handle client communications and coordinate with internal resources
Requirements9
- 13-5+ years commercial litigation experience focusing on real property real estate title disputes
- 2Active Florida Bar membership
- 3Ability to manage competing deadlines and provide high-quality legal services
- 4Proficiency in legal research writing and oral advocacy
- 5Experience with electronic discovery platforms and deposition software
- 6Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
