What You'll Do7
- 1Manage all phases of litigation cases from inception through resolution
- 2Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and other tools to support strategies and ensure procedural compliance
- 3Draft and review legal documents such as contracts motions pleadings discovery requests and settlement agreements with precision
- 4Represent clients in depositions hearings mediations and negotiations to advocate effectively
- 5Develop case strategies by analyzing facts evidence and statutes across practice areas
- 6Communicate proactively with clients providing updates on case progress and advising on legal options
- 7Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases involving procedural law knowledge and legal administrative processes
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2JD degree from an accredited law school with current Florida bar admission
- 3Proven experience in general litigation focusing on commercial disputes
- 4Demonstrated ability to handle court appearances confidently
- 5Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis for statutory legal research and case law analysis
- 6Familiarity with Caret Legal and NetDocuments legal case management software
- 7Excellent written verbal communication skills with attention to detail in legal writing and advocacy
