What You'll Do9
- 1Manage complex caseload from pre-suit through trial and post-trial
- 2Draft and prepare pleadings motions discovery subpoenas and correspondence
- 3Lead all phases of discovery including document collection review and production
- 4Prepare attorneys for hearings depositions mediations arbitrations and trial
- 5Organize exhibits witness materials trial binders and courtroom logistics
- 6Maintain litigation calendars ensure strict deadline compliance
- 7Communicate professionally with clients opposing counsel courts and vendors
- 8Maintain highly organized electronic and physical case files
- 9Anticipate needs problem-solve and proactively keep cases moving forward
Requirements7
- 15+ years litigation paralegal experience business litigation preferred
- 2Strong command of Florida state and federal court procedures including e-filing
- 3Proven experience managing cases through full litigation lifecycle
- 4Deep understanding of discovery motion practice and trial preparation
- 5Exceptional organization and attention to detail under tight deadlines
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems like Clio
