Overview
Own the full leasing cycle and resident retention at scale within a multi-property portfolio. Collaborate with community leadership and marketing to drive occupancy and revenue. Leverage data from Entrata and market reports to inform pricing, renewals, and outreach strategies. Deliver consistent, high‑quality leasing experiences that differentiate our properties.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain leasing processes and tour experiences to maximize occupancy
- 2Design renewal outreach strategies and manage the full renewal lifecycle from outreach to signed leases
- 3Monitor market conditions and apply rate recommendations to optimize rent growth
- 4Audit lease terms, unit availability, and application data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- 5Coordinate scheduling with Marketing to ensure coverage and alignment
- 6Deliver timely responses and proactive follow-ups to leads and residents using Entrata and self‑guided tour tools
- 7Onboard and train new leasing hires on systems, processes, and standards
- 8Collect and share tour feedback to improve the leasing process
- 9Prepare daily leasing reports and track performance against goals
- 10Support resident experience across move‑in, service recovery, and ongoing communication
Requirements5
- 11-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Comfort with leasing software, email, and reporting tools
- 4Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 5Strong communication and organizational skills
