Centralized Leasing Coordinator, Multifamily & Entrata Expertise
Overview
Own scheduling and lead management for a multifamily portfolio at Rise48 Communities in Phoenix. You will manage inbound inquiries, book tours, and ensure onsite teams can focus on closing while you handle phone and inbox coordination. This role operates onsite, reports to Co-Presidents of Operations, and interacts with Property Managers and assistants. This position offers growth, strong benefits, and a collaborative culture.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build tour schedules and appointment blocks into onsite calendars using Entrata to maximize show capacity
- 2Log lead activity and outcomes in Entrata for KPI tracking including lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease metrics
- 3Coordinate with Property Managers to confirm availability, blackout times, and special scheduling needs
- 4Provide basic community, floor plan, and pricing information to prospects before tours
- 5Reschedule or follow up on no-shows and cancellations to preserve pipeline excellence
- 6Confirm appointments via call/text/email and send reminders to prospects
- 7Field inbound leasing inquiries across phone, email, ILS leads, and chat to maintain high responsiveness
- 8Maintain high-quality communication with onsite teams to support efficient touring and closing
- 9Track and report on key metrics to identify process improvements
- 10Maintain organized documentation of all activities to ensure data integrity in Entrata
Requirements5
- 12+ years leasing, call center, or customer service experience (multifamily preferred)
- 2Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software
- 3Strong phone and written communication skills
- 4Ability to manage multiple calendars and high volumes of calls and emails
- 5Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
