What You'll Do6
- 1Build relationships with potential residents and provide personalized guidance during tours and lease signings
- 2Highlight community strengths beyond square footage including resident experiences and neighborhood amenities
- 3Drive lead generation and application tracking with organized professionalism
- 4Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and increase online visibility
- 5Assist with community events and resident engagement activities
- 6Maintain accurate records of applicant progress and property information
Requirements8
- 15+ years building leasing solutions using CRM systems
- 23-5 seasons managing complex residential portfolios
- 3Entrata platform proficiency preferred
- 4CPC Card certification beneficial
- 5AWS Certified relevant to cloud-based property management
- 6Strong communication skills with ability to remember names and follow up
- 7Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
- 8Passion for customer service and relationship building
