What You'll Do24
- 1Deliver exceptional service in all interactions with prospects and residents
- 2Conduct tours and answer inquiries while guiding prospects through the leasing process
- 3Manage Entrata dashboard to ensure timely follow-ups and daily approvals
- 4Develop deep understanding of lease documents and ensure compliance before move in
- 5Strive for five by meeting or exceeding secret shop expectations
- 6Build and maintain strong marketing relationships with local businesses and community groups
- 7Assist with advertising material preparation under Property Manager guidance
- 8Maintain competitive market knowledge of rental rates and occupancy trends
- 9Contribute to property curb appeal through daily inspections
- 10Identify and report liability or maintenance issues promptly
- 11Assist residents with lease renewals transfers and move outs
- 12Proactively contact residents 60 days prior to lease expiration
- 13Plan and participate in monthly resident events
- 14Support retention strategies through effective communication
- 15Escalate resident concerns beyond scope to Property Manager
- 16Meet social media content standards and solicit survey responses
- 17Participate in the 10 Ways to Play Like a Champion Awards Program
- 18Respond to inquiries from Global Support Services Team
- 19Adhere to reporting schedules assigned by various departments
- 20Assist with general site operations as directed
- 21Represent property professionally in all interactions
- 22Uphold the Making Life Easy standard in service delivery
- 23Follow Hanover uniform policy
- 24Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 29’+ ceilings natural stone countertops frameless cabinetry stainless steel appliances wood-style flooring spa-inspired bathrooms
- 3Entrata dashboard proficiency preferred
- 4Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Word Excel Teams
- 5Positive attitude collaborative teamwork weekend evening holiday flexibility
- 6Clear verbal and written communication abilities
