Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong bilingual communication abilities
- 3Proven experience in tax credit or LIHTC multifamily sectors
- 4Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- 5Demonstrated ability to exceed occupancy targets
- 6Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- 7Experience handling complaints and maintaining community standards
- 8Effective verbal and written communication capabilities
