Advanced individual contributor responsible for executing complex logistics operations with high independence. Leads inventory control drives process improvements and provides operational support across multiple logistics functions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role offers ownership of a multi-billion dollar global organization within a culture that supports growth and stability.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build scalable logistics frameworks using Python and AWS
- 2Design and implement shipping strategies leveraging UPS FedEx DHL Expeditors and freight systems
- 3Manage transactions across integrated platforms including customs documentation and freight shipments
- 4Drive compliance with international shipping regulations and Incoterms standards
- 5Optimize warehouse operations through automation and process redesign
- 6Scale distribution networks using data-driven insights and Kubernetes orchestration
- 7Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain visibility
- 8Ship and oversee freight movements ensuring timely delivery
- 9Maintain accurate inventory records using Spark and Airflow
- 10Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate carrier contracts
- 11Implement tracking solutions using React dashboards for real-time monitoring
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing global logistics operations
- 3Certified in CPC Card or equivalent logistics certification
- 4Proven expertise with WMS and TMS systems
- 5Strong knowledge of export compliance and Incoterms terminology
- 6Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- 7Experience with global shipping and customs clearance procedures
- 8Familiarity with pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- 9Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- 10Demonstrated leadership in team training and mentorship
- 11Commitment to safety protocols and OSHA standards
