What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and oversee day-to-day personnel operations including I-9 management and onboarding
  • 2Design and process Top Candidate Packets and Recruitment Audit materials to ensure accuracy
  • 3Coordinate position descriptions, promotions, salary changes, and org chart updates
  • 4Develop and update Standard Work and participate in Continuous Improvement events
  • 5Prepare reports and correspondence with confidential information while meeting deadlines
  • 6Support Arizona Management System initiatives and cross-team collaboration
  • 7Review documentation for compliance and resolve discrepancies
  • 8Manage recruitment metrics and HR process improvements
  • 9Assist in meetings and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field may substitute for one year of experience
  • 2Two or more years administrative and/or operations support experience
  • 3Knowledge of Arizona State Personnel Rules and Guidelines and ADOT policies and procedures
  • 4Experience with I-9 Management (Service Center) and AZ OnBoard
  • 5Strong planning, organizing, time management, and communication skills
