Overview
Owns the smooth operation of Channel’s Minnetonka headquarters and supports project coordination at scale 95% in-office with occasional remote flexibility. Collaborates with the Executive Assistant and administrative team to keep facilities, events, and communications running efficiently. The role helps nurture culture through engagement activities and supports cross‑department reporting and planning. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain organized office systems and storage across facilities
- 2Coordinate vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, and room scheduling to ensure seamless operations
- 3Provide front line assistance to employees for physical, technical, and administrative inquiries
- 4Train new hires on office procedures, printers, electronics, calendars, and meeting room booking
- 5Process mail and handle confidential documents securely
- 6Create and run employee engagement events through the Fun Committee and coordinate regular lunches
- 7Support event planning and logistics for company meetings and external engagements
- 8Oversee billing with hotels and assist with reservations
- 9Manage expenses, data entry, file organization, and document management for the administrative team
- 10Assist other departments with Excel or PowerBI reporting and cross office collaboration
