Wire Harness Assembler

Design and execute high-quality electrical harness and cable assembly processes for aerospace defense automotive telecom projects. You will build and assemble cable and wire harnesses to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 workmanship standards, supporting a leading manufacturing company in Orlando, FL. Your work will span from reading wiring diagrams to performing soldering, crimping, and quality inspections. You will join a collaborative team of engineers, quality specialists, and production staff focused on delivering high-reliability assemblies. This long-term role offers $21–$24/hour based on experience, with potential for permanent employment.

You will build, wire, test, and inspect cable harnesses and electromechanical assemblies for aerospace and defense programs at Trispoke Managed Services Pvt. Ltd. in Orlando, FL. This is a 12-month contract-to-hire role on a 4/10 schedule, paying $21.00–$24.00/hour on W2. You will own the full assembly process from blueprint to final test, following IPC Class 3 standards. You will work with a tight-knit team of assemblers and engineers, with opportunities for certification upgrades and long-term employment.

You will assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products at a production scale, interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions. This role sits on a collaborative manufacturing team in Washington, DC, with a focus on soldering, wiring harnesses, and cable fabrication. You will test, troubleshoot, and document completed assemblies to meet quality standards. You will collaborate with a team of technicians and leads to meet production schedules, upholding rigorous quality standards. You will build wire and cable assemblies for aerospace and defense systems at Amphenol Borisch Technologies. Starting on 1st shift for training, then moving to 2nd shift, you will own the full assembly process from reading schematics to soldering and final inspection.
