Overview
You will own daily warehouse operations at Benshaw Inc., supporting production by picking, moving, and storing materials. You will handle shipping and receiving, operate forklifts and reach trucks, and keep inventory accurate. This role offers paid training on equipment and a stable schedule with overtime as needed. What You'll Do8
- 1Pick and pull large quantities of parts and materials for production shop orders.
- 2Perform shipping and receiving tasks, counting, weighing, and measuring items against paperwork.
- 3Unload and inspect incoming shipments, reporting damages or shortages.
- 4Prepare materials for shipment by weighing, packaging, labeling, and completing forms.
- 5Use forklifts and reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials.
- 6Return materials to stock, organize shelves, and maintain clean work areas.
- 7Support inventory functions: cycle counts, repacking, and putting away items.
- 8Assist the receiving department and complete general warehouse duties.
Requirements6
- 118 years or older at time of hire.
- 2High school diploma or GED required.
- 3Forklift or reach truck experience preferred, training available.
- 41-2 years warehouse experience in picking, stocking, or shipping/receiving preferred.
- 5Basic computer skills for data entry and warehouse systems.
- 6Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
