Warehouse Associate, Material Handling & Production
Overview
You will own daily warehouse and production operations, handling, organizing, and preparing materials and equipment to meet production goals of 80% or higher. You will move inventory, enter data into company systems with a PC, and maintain quality and safety standards. The team works in a high-speed, high-volume environment where accuracy and efficiency matter. This role offers temp-to-hire potential, weekly pay, and multiple shifts, with a pay increase after forklift certification.
What You'll Do8
- 1Package, unpack, sort, and stage materials and units to support production workflows.
- 2Prepare products and equipment for production processes within the first 90 days, meeting daily output targets.
- 3Enter accurate data into company systems using a PC, ensuring inventory records are current.
- 4Operate in a high-speed, high-volume production environment while maintaining quality standards.
- 5Pull, move, and store equipment and parts within the warehouse, using forklift as needed.
- 6Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- 7Track inventory organization and material flow, adjusting to production demands.
- 8Assist with additional tasks assigned by management to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 21+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- 3Forklift experience a plus, with certification opportunity for pay increase.
- 4Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- 5Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
- 6Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- 7Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
- 8Good organizational and time management skills.
