What You'll Do8
- 1Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and hand jacks to move products safely and efficiently.
- 2Select and prepare customer orders by reading pick tickets and labels, ensuring zero-error accuracy.
- 3Receive inbound products, verify documentation, and apply identifying labels to maintain inventory records.
- 4Transport materials from receiving to storage locations, stocking racks and bins per assigned warehouse layout.
- 5Rotate inventory to ensure older stock is used first, minimizing waste and maintaining FIFO standards.
- 6Load trailers with merchandise scheduled for delivery, securing loads to prevent damage.
- 7Conduct routine inspections of material handling equipment, checking fluid levels and reporting issues.
- 8Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety policies and regulations.
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2Previous warehouse experience preferred, with forklift experience or certification a plus.
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- 4Strong attention to detail and reliability, with a commitment to safety and quality.
- 5Familiarity with inventory management and order selection processes.
