Warehouse Coordinator - GMP Facility
Overview
Warehouse and inventory professional supporting regulated GMP environments in pharmaceutical and food-grade manufacturing. Responsible for receiving shipping and inventory control while maintaining compliance-driven supply chain systems. Requires strong background in handling raw materials documentation accuracy and SOP-driven warehouse workflows.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build receiving processes for pharmaceutical and food-grade materials
- 2Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and FIFO compliance
- 3Ship outbound orders using pick lists and verify material accuracy
- 4Operate forklifts with stand-up preference for loading dock tasks
- 5Document all transactions in accordance with cGMP/GDP standards
- 6Support quality teams with material discrepancies and shipment issues
- 7Keep warehouse environment audit-ready through proper labeling and organization
- 8Track order confirmations and maintain vendor documentation
- 9Monitor order status and delivery updates for stakeholders
- 10Adhere to SOPs and regulatory procedures during daily operations
- 11Ensure safety and purity standards are maintained throughout material handling
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 21+ year GMP experience preferred in pharma or food manufacturing
- 32+ years warehouse shipping receiving experience in regulated environment
- 4Strong attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- 5Ability to lift up to 40lbs and work in industrial settings
- 6Experience with data entry systems and material traceability
- 7Familiarity with SIPOQ principles (Safety Identity Strength Purity Quality)
- 8Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data formatting and reporting
- 9Stand-up forklift operation experience preferred
- 102-3 years warehouse experience with data entry and GMP knowledge
- 11Commitment to strict SOP adherence and regulatory compliance
