Overview
You will own packaging operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet cGMP and safety standards. You will operate packaging equipment, palletize finished goods, and collaborate with quality and operations teams. This role demands precision and stamina, with shifts up to 12 hours. You will gain hands-on experience in a regulated production setting.
What You'll Do6
- 1Operate and monitor packaging equipment to maintain production flow.

- 4Clean and sanitize equipment per cGMP guidelines.
- 5Maintain production, quality, and safety standards on every shift.
- 6Coordinate with operations and quality teams to resolve line issues.
Requirements6
- 11+ years in manufacturing, assembly, or production roles preferred.
- 2Read and interpret work instructions in English.
- 3Stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
- 4Communicate clearly and work effectively in teams.
- 5Apply basic math and attention to detail for quality checks.
- 6Follow cGMP and safety protocols without exception.
