What You'll Do7
- 1Operate packet sealing machines, paper loading equipment, and ultrasonic sealing equipment to meet production targets.
- 2Monitor packet quality against specifications, adjusting checks to maintain GMP compliance.
- 3Inspect packets for defects before final container placement, alerting technicians and supervisors to issues.
- 4Follow ESHA programs and all company safety rules to maintain a safe work environment.
- 5Review process orders for specific instructions and execute tasks with precision.
- 6Support 6S initiatives and performance dialogues to drive continuous improvement.
- 7Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- 3Proficiency in English to read and comprehend work orders and instructions.
- 41+ year experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- 5Experience operating forklifts and handling materials safely.
- 6Mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues.
- 7Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards.
- 8Ability to perform heavy material handling and operate skid steers.
- 9Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- 10Willingness to follow GMP rules and participate in ESHA programs.
