Overview
You will own the manual packaging and heavy lifting that moves product through a high-volume manufacturing facility. No prior warehouse experience is needed; we train motivated individuals who take pride in a hard day's work. What You'll Do8
- 1Fill 45-50 lb sacks and bags with powdered product accurately throughout the shift, hitting daily targets.
- 2Stack filled sacks onto pallets in a stable and consistent pattern to prep for shipping.
- 3Move pallets and finished goods to the warehouse and loading docks, keeping flow steady.
- 4Clean tanks and machinery after production runs to maintain equipment and meet hygiene standards.
- 5Keep your workspace clear and organized, flagging safety hazards immediately.
- 6Follow all OSHA guidelines for lifting and bending to protect your back and joints.
- 7Report equipment issues to the lead so repairs happen before downtime.
- 8Cross-train on filling and packing stations to cover breaks and peak volume days.
