What You'll Do8
- 1Operate Crown and Toyota forklifts to put away finished pallets and load trailers.
- 2Scan product with RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- 3Follow all GMP and HACCP protocols, reporting any food safety issues immediately.
- 4Build pallets manually as needed to meet shipment schedules.
- 5Complete paperwork and charts legibly and on time.
- 6Maintain a clean work area, reporting maintenance issues through CMMS.
- 7Verify product and code dates against orders before shipping.
- 8Communicate production issues to supervisors to minimize downtime.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 21+ years forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- 3Experience in food manufacturing or dairy operations preferred.
- 4Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and safety protocols.
- 5Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- 6Basic math skills for counting and tallying production.
- 7Comfortable using RF scanners and CMMS for reporting.
