  • 7Build organization effectiveness capability across People Business Partners and Chiefs of Staff through practical frameworks
  • 8Partner with People & Places to deliver joined-up solutions on transformation integration and enterprise priorities
  • 9Oversee prioritization demand planning and resource allocation across the function

  • 1Master’s degree or equivalent preferred in Organization Development Human Resources Business Psychology or related field
  • 215+ years or equivalent experience in organization effectiveness transformation design workforce planning
  • 38+ years or equivalent people leadership experience including leading senior contributors and managers
  • 4Significant experience advising and influencing C-suite on complex organizational workforce matters
  • 5Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive collaboration across functions geographies and leadership levels
  • 6Experience leading strategic workforce planning and translating business strategy into workforce decisions
  • 7Strong track record shaping flexible working future of work and operating model evolution in global environments
  • 8Strong equity inclusion diversity lens applied to organizational decisions
  • 9Analytical problem-solving skills using established and emerging tools and methodologies
