What You'll Do9
- 1Design and build foundational job architecture including families and leveling criteria from scratch to support scaling operations
- 2Develop career frameworks defining capabilities at each level with focus on adaptability in AI-driven environments
- 3Analyze attrition patterns and capability gaps using workforce data to prioritize structural changes
- 4Apply job architecture principles to reshape roles impacted by automation and augmentation
- 5Collaborate with Comp and Legal to establish structural partnerships for organizational redesign
- 6Own end-to-end delivery of talent programs from framework design through implementation and iteration
- 7Drive adoption of new structures by partnering with leaders across functions
- 8Create defensible recommendations using rigorous analysis of organizational data and market trends
- 9Mentor junior talent architects and share I/O psychology knowledge within the team
Requirements9
- 17+ years experience in organizational development talent management or management consulting
- 2Proven track record building job architecture and leveling frameworks at scale
- 3Ability to analyze complex workforce data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- 4Strong understanding of organizational design principles and AI impact on work structures
- 5Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement large-scale changes
- 6Creative problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to invent solutions rather than follow existing models
- 7Highly adaptable communicator comfortable working in ambiguous fast-paced environments
