Overview
Autodesk seeks a Senior Software Development Manager to lead enterprise-scale platform development for AMP, our next-generation machine learning platform. You will drive technical strategy and execution for scalable AI/ML solutions aligning with organizational goals. What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and mentor engineers in AI/ML solution development and deployment
- 2Collaborate cross-functionally with product management data science and cloud infrastructure teams
- 3Guide scalable system design and drive technology decisions
- 4Execute platform strategy using agile methodologies and best practices
- 5Create and manage plans ensuring tactical execution and budget adherence
- 6Participate in coding reviews and problem-solving with the engineering team
- 7Build high-performance culture and mentor team members
- 8Drive hiring and onboarding top-tier development talent
- 9Contribute to Agentic AI architecture API ecosystems guardrails and context management
- 10Implement MLOps principles for model versioning monitoring and deployment
- 11Champion CI/CD automation for machine learning lifecycle management
Requirements10
- 1BSMS in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 212+ years software development 3+ years as manager
- 3Experience with AWS Azure GCP Docker Kubernetes
- 4Proven track record building AI models using SageMaker Bedrock or Azure ML
- 5Expertise in MLOps CI/CD and agile methodologies
- 6Strong background in deep learning statistical modeling neural networks
- 7Familiarity with Scrum agile practices
- 8Excellent communication and written skills
- 9BSMS or MS preferred
- 10Ability to inspire and guide team members toward project goals
