What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement AI-first architecture for Brands platform across Adobe surfaces and third-party integrations
- 2Resolve complex system problems and lead development reviews with constructive feedback
- 3Drive technical direction for AI-first solutions from data structuring to MCP publishing
- 4Align technical strategy across Adobe products and integration partners for cross-surface initiatives
- 5Mentor engineers in design programming and AI-assisted development practices
- 6Provide technical recommendations to senior leadership and shape platform roadmap
- 7Identify requirement gaps at platform level and propose scalable solutions
- 8Apply secure programming practices and optimize performance across shared services
- 9Own full system designs with organization-wide impact across multiple business units
- 10Define APIs and service contracts adopted by downstream engineering teams
- 11Establish engineering standards that improve code quality and DevOps practices
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 210+ years full stack development with expertise in JavaScript TypeScript React Node.js GraphQL
- 3Deep experience with AI/LLM systems including tool-calling MCP agent-tool protocols
- 4Proficiency in AI tools for productivity and guiding AI-assisted development
- 5Proven track record owning full system designs with enterprise-wide impact
- 6Experience defining APIs and service contracts for downstream consumption
- 7Ability to resolve complex technical problems with minimal guidance
- 8Strong mentoring skills and influence without formal management authority
- 9Excellent communication for representing technical trade-offs to executives
- 10History of driving platform-level changes with measurable business impact
