Overview
Lead CI/CD and AI Factory automation infrastructure at Adobe Photoshop. Own end-to-end pipeline ownership, reduce manual toil, and drive AI-driven automation. Work at scale across Windows macOS iOS Android and AWS. Influence cross‑team stakeholders and mentor peers.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and implement comprehensive solutions by architecting documenting reviewing and delivering complex infrastructure systems end‑to‑end
- 2Own full lifecycle from problem definition through production operation not just individual features
- 3Design and operate cloud‑based CI capacity on AWS including Mac EC2 Auto Scaling groups EBS volumes caching and cost optimization hybrid on‑premises/cloud orchestration
- 4Establish architectural decisions for pipeline infrastructure and toolchain evolution across all supported platforms
- 5Set code standards and patterns for pipeline tooling using Go Python and Shell to improve consistency and maintainability
- 6Lead code and design reviews providing constructive criticism grounded in system‑level thinking and production experience
- 7Identify and eliminate toil by building automation that removes recurring manual work and reduces on‑call and support burden
- 8Mentor peers on CI/CD best practices AI‑assisted automation macOS platform specifics and cross‑team collaboration
- 9Represent the CI/CD team in discussions with platform security and product engineering stakeholders and drive AI Factory and cloud infrastructure best practices beyond Photoshop
- 10Architect AI‑driven developer tooling such as intelligent triage systems auto‑remediation bots and copilots using observability platforms like Splunk Grafana CloudWatch
- 11Ensure deep proficiency in Python Go Shell multi‑platform build systems and CI/CD security practices
Requirements11
- 110+ years of software development experience focusing on CI/CD build systems or developer infrastructure platforms
- 2Proven self‑direction and solution ownership demonstrated by designing complex systems from scratch and delivering them in production
- 3Broad solution development experience with architecture documentation and consensus building across collaborators
- 4Hands‑on AWS CI/CD expertise including EC2 Mac instances IAM S3 Auto Scaling VPC and cost management
- 5Practical AI/ML integration experience applying AI tools for failure classification anomaly detection and intelligent alerting
- 6Proficiency in Python and Go/Shell for production tooling and deep experience with multi‑platform build systems
- 7Strong debugging instincts across complex multi‑system failures
- 8Mentoring engineers and growing technical capability in others
- 9Familiarity with observability platforms and telemetry data for training AI automation
- 10Knowledge of Xcode Apple build toolchain Universal Binary compilation code signing and notarization
- 11Understanding of CI/CD security practices such as secrets management infrastructure hardening and threat modeling
