What You'll Do11
- 1Lead major initiatives within agentic systems translating AI capabilities into interaction patterns
- 2Design interaction frameworks for multi-step workflows and tool-using skills
- 3Create mechanisms making reasoning legible with confidence indicators provenance and evaluation UX
- 4Prototype AI-native capabilities working directly with large language models and agent frameworks
- 5Adapt AI systems to creative contexts ensuring alignment with creative workflows and enterprise constraints
- 6Partner closely with engineering research to deliver production systems through working prototypes
- 7Influence stakeholders via clear system articulation and shared best practices for AI interaction design
- 8Drive cross-functional execution balancing code prototyping and production implementations
- 9Contribute to evolving AI-native components within Adobe's design system
- 10Shape cross-functional teams focusing on systems thinking within complex environments
- 11Integrate first and third party AI systems while considering enterprise AI workflow depth
Requirements11
- 18+ years product systems or interaction design experience
- 2Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI-assisted or agent-based systems
- 3Experience designing for creative tools or deep familiarity with creative workflows
- 4Hands-on experience working with large language models and adaptive interfaces
- 5Comfort prototyping in code and contributing production-quality implementations
- 6Strong systems thinking for complex cross-functional environments
- 7Additional depth designing enterprise AI workflows
- 8Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns
- 9Experience integrating first and third party AI systems
- 10Background in automation design developer tooling or platform ecosystems
