What You'll Do11
- 1Establish architecture and quality coding practices for client and backend systems
- 2Define long-term technical solutions across the technology range in collaboration with product teams
- 3Compose fast responsive visually rich frontend interfaces meeting high design fidelity standards using modern frameworks
- 4Architect backend services for heavy traffic with emphasis on performance fault tolerance and observability
- 5Own development and operation of controlled environments for development testing and platform isolation
- 6Drive deployment strategy and infrastructure on Kubernetes-based clusters focusing on rollout reliability and operational efficiency
- 7Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code Cursor and Codex to improve implementation speed and code quality
- 8Define and improve developer experience including local development loops CI/CD ergonomics and tooling
- 9Engage with customers and internal collaborators to identify problems evaluate solutions and refine workflows
- 10Mentor engineers through code reviews development feedback and cross-stack knowledge sharing
- 11Scale and optimize systems to support growing codebase demands
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 2Proven experience developing production-quality full-stack systems demonstrating technical responsibility on complex products
- 3Expertise in modern frontend development with React building interactive design-heavy high-performance UIs
- 4Experience developing and managing scalable backend services under high traffic emphasizing reliability performance and fault tolerance using Node.js Java Python or Go
- 5Strong engineering craft with readable production-quality code clear testing strategies and long-term maintainability principles
- 6Practical experience deploying services on Kubernetes including container orchestration cluster management and production reliability practices
- 7Hands-on experience with AI-supported engineering tools Claude Code Codex Cursor and similar platforms
- 8Passion for AI-enhanced engineering and proficiency in CI/CD practices with developer experience focus
- 9Excellent written and verbal communication skills articulating technical decisions to engineering and product stakeholders
- 10Nice to have experience crafting sandbox-based environments for multi-tenant workloads
- 11Background in internal developer platforms shared infrastructure or tooling improving team engineering velocity
- 12Familiarity with enterprise-scale Kubernetes platforms and production deployment patterns
- 13Experience building component libraries or collaborating with design teams on implementation quality
